The pieces are being disinfected before I ship them.
I ship worldwide from Argentina via FedEx with a tracking number (usually, it's $30-35 depending on your location).
Normally, a parcel arrives in 2-4 business days to North America, and in 4-7 to EU.
It takes me 2-5 business days to send your orders (sometimes the postal office is closed).
I'm not responsible for your local fees and taxes.
I am not liable for lost, stolen or damaged pieces caused by the shipping company. If the package is lost or stolen, you should file a claim with FedEx. HOWEVER I'm here for you to help whenever I am able to, you can always contact me via dm on instagram or email.
Payment
If you want to pay via PayPal, please, send me an email or a message on instagram. If you don't want to use family/friends option, I can always send you an invoice (it will be slightly more expensive though due to the PP fees).
Crypto is an option too.
Returns
Usually I do not offer refunds. Please, purchase with intention, reading all descriptions carefully before buying.
Keep in mind that I run it all by myself and make everything from scratch (I do not use pre-made jewellery parts, and everything is always designed and made by me from sheet metal and wire). However, you can always reach me via dm or email if you need and tell me more about your situation.
Jewellery care
Bronze/brass/copper/silver can tarnish over time because of humidity, chemicals, oils, your skin ph etc. If it's crucial for you, avoid your jewellery being exposed to these conditions.
Use a polishing cloth to polish your jewellery if it gets darker and you don't like this visual effect. Usually I put one in a package with your order.
Please, do not bend or throw the pieces. Tho I design them to withhold a decent amount of force, it's still jewellery. They're my babies, please, be gentle with them!
